The Kicklighter Car Truck and Bike Show 2014

April 28th, 2014 by Corey A. Edwards

Kicklighter Car Truck and Bike Show 2014Auto enthusiasts take note: Kicklighter Academy is holding its 6th annual, “All Out For Autism” Car Truck and Bike Show at the Savannah National Guard Armory on Saturday, May 17th.

A real treat for car lovers, the annual Kicklighter Car Truck and Bike Show always features numerous classic and custom vehicles of all kinds. Whether you’re a true gear head or just a casual fan of design, this show will have something for you.

Prizes will be awarded throughout the day: drawings, door prizes, ditty bags, and more. Kids will have a chance to vote on the “Kid’s Choice Award” for the best vehicle, plus there will be food and other vendors on hand as well as live entertainment to keep your toes-a-tapping as you soak up all the beautiful hot rods.

And it’s all for a very good cause: raising awareness for autism as well as funds for Savannah’s Kicklighter Academy and Resource Center. It is now estimated that one in every 88 children born has autism. The Kicklighter Academy is an early learning center that offers support, guidance, and help to children with autism and other developmental and physical disabilities. Your purchase of a ticket to the Car Truck and Bike Show will directly benefit the Kicklighter Academy.
