History: The Broughton St. House was built in 1883 and has been lovingly restored and maintained and now provides Savannah Historic District Accommodations. It was a private residence for decades, and a popular bed and breakfast for a time. In fact, Robbie ran it as a bed and breakfast for several years, until he and his family had the good fortune to stay in a villa while traveling in Italy. That experience was so wonderful that he decided to transform his historic bed and breakfast into a vacation rental upon returning home.
